Power Outage Status

Unfortunately, trees are down in the 2,000  block of Buffalo Shoals Road causing a power outage in the surrounding area. The impacted area is illustrated in the attached map.  Duke Energy has been notified and is working to restore power. You may sign-in to receive restoration updates. 

Update 9-10-22 at 1:15PM: Duke Energy crews are on the scene. We have been advised that the trees have fallen on a feeder and there is a broken pole at 2280 Buffalo Shoals Road. Duke Energy projects repairs could take quite some time to complete. Outages are projected until after 6 PM at least. Updates will be provided as new information becomes available.
