Lake Lure - Lake Level Update - Friday, June 17, 2022

The lake is currently down a foot from full pond as a result of the extreme heat, combined with a lack of rain. We have not had a significant amount of rain to sustain normal lake level and the increased temperatures are causing evaporation. We are hoping rain and lower temperatures will arrive soon to help remedy this situation.
