Lake Lure Public Hearing - Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
The Lake Lure Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 5:00 PM. The Public is encouraged to attend. The meeting will take place at the Lake Lure Municipal Center taking place, 2948 Memorial Highway, Lake Lure, NC. The purpose of the Public hearing is to consider the following:
- ORDINANCE NO. 24-04-09 AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCES SECTION 36-64 (5)
- ORDINANCE NO. 24-04-09A AMENDING CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 6 (“BUILDINGS AND BUILDING REGULATIONS”), ARTICLE III (“LAKE STRUCTURES”)
The Public is advised that it has the right to attend said public hearing and present information with regard to this matter. Written comments on the subjects of the public hearing may be submitted between publication of this notice and 24 hours prior to the scheduled time for the beginning of the public hearing. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for review or purchase at the Lake Lure Municipal Center.
