Please beware of fraudulent emails or text messages claiming to be a staff member, elected official, or board member associated with the Town of Lake Lure.

• Fraudulent communications may include requests for personal or financial information, requests for financial assistance, suspicious links, or other questionable statements or requests.
• If you receive a suspicious communication from anyone claiming to be a Town of Lake Lure staff member, elected official, or board member, please contact the Lake Lure Town Hall at 828-625-9983 and report the incident.
