9/7/23 Lake Level Updates

The parts that were needed were received for the line break and the repairs are going very well. Crews are able to complete the project at this stage as Lake Lure begins to rise! Crews hope to complete the repairs by the end of this week.

The current lake level is 987.54. This is approximately 2 feet below the lower end of the Town's normal operational level and 3 feet below full pond. Rain is expected later today so this will help with the goal of refilling the lake as quickly as possible.
