Hazardous Weather Outlook for western North Carolina today and tonight, 3/23/22: Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and early this evening. One or two of these storms could become severe and produce damaging winds. Locally heavy rainfall is also expected which could produce isolated flooding.
