Town Council Public Hearing

The Lake Lure Town Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at the Lake Lure Municipal Center taking place at 5:00 p.m. to consider the following: 

ORDINANCE NO. 22-11-08 AMENDING ARTICLE I SECTION 36-5, ARTICLE VIII SECTIONS 36-235 – 36-261, AND ARTICLE X SECTION 36-295 OF THE ZONING REGULATIONS OF THE TOWN OF LAKE LURE CODE OF ORDINANCES

ORDINANCE NO. 22-11-08A AMENDING SECTION 36-72(5) MOBILE FOOD VENDORS

The Public is advised that it has the right to attend said public hearing and present information with regard to this matter.  Written comments on the subjects of the public hearing may be submitted between publication of this notice and 24 hours prior to the scheduled time for the beginning of the public hearing. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for review or purchase at the Lake Lure Municipal Center.
