Slight Delays near the Lake Lure Dam Bridge Today, 1/28/25

If you have been following Town News you know the Reservoir Drain Installation Project is near completion. Today, this work will involve crane operations at the Lake Lure Dam and Bridge for most of the day. The crane is loading barges in anticipation of a dive mobilization for the Reservoir Drain Project.

Expect delays if you are crossing the Dam Bridge on Buffalo Shoals Road. Traffic will be able to cycle through the work area but please anticipate delays as this work continues. Your patience is appreciated.
