Planned Demolition - 177 Tryon Bay Circle - Beginning Monday, 8/21/23

The Town of Lake Lure has been working to receive approvals for the demolition of the property at 177 Tryon Bay Circle, Lake Lure, NC 28736.  The demolition plan has been developed and approved. The demolition will begin on Monday, 8/21/23. 

• The Town will have their engineer on site intermittently to monitor work.
• The project schedule will last 3-4 weeks and will take place on Monday through Thursday to reduce noise in the neighborhood on weekends. 
• No work will be performed on Friday through Sunday.
• After the house is demolished, the Town will work with engineers to evaluate the site’s post-demolition stability and will address any issues affecting neighboring properties.
