Boil Advisory Lifted 12/17/24

The Town of Lake Lure, NC is pleased to advise that the Boil Asvisory is lifted for customers whose water was restored in 12/15/24. This applies to properties from Memorial Highway Bridge to Town limits on Highway 9.                                  

Repairs are ongoing for the remaining customers in Town Center. Work was been completed on 12/16/24, but the concrete had to cure overnight before the water can be restored, hopefully later today. Town crews are hopeful water will be restored to all customers today. A Boil Advisory will be in place for anyone whose water is restored 12/17/24.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone's patience as this matter is fully resolved.

The  Town of Lake Lure, NC is pleased to report that the second water test for the Town Center residents is good. All Boil Advisories are lifted.  Thank you for your patience as these repairs were made.
