Lake Lure in all four seasons with Town Hall in the Center

The Lake Lure Town Council will hold a special meeting on Monday, June 5, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Lake Lure Municipal Center (Town Hall). The public is welcome to attend.  The Lake Lure Municipal Center is located at 2948 Memorial Highway, Lake Lure, NC 28746.

The purpose of this meeting is to address the following items:

II. Agenda Adoption

III. Review and Discuss Updated GMP

IV. Discuss Drawdown Schedule

V. Discuss Appraisal of Town Property Behind the Arcade Building and ABC Store Property Market Rent Study Report Findings

VI. Discuss Parks and Recreation Trust Fund (PARTF) / Boys Camp Road

VII. Adjournment
