The Town Council of the Town of Lake Lure intends, at its regular meeting to be held at 5:00 p.m. on April 11, 2023, to authorize the lease or rental of the real property of the Town of Lake Lure described below for a term of 1 year with the option to renew for 9 additional terms of 1 year:

Visitor Center located at 2932 Memorial Highway, Lake Lure, NC 28746.

The annual rental or lease payment for the real property of the Town of Lake Lure described above is $1.00.
