6/25/21 COVID-19 UPDATE: There are no new cases in lake Lure as of this date. There have been (179) Total Positive COVID-19 Cases in the Lake Lure zip code (28746). Sadly there have been 4 deaths. We continue to hold the families of these individuals in our hearts.

Rutherford County has had (7,426) Total Positive Cases as of this date. The Percent Positivity Rate is now 1.6% (the average over the past 14 days). Sadly, there have been (216) Total Deaths related to COVID-19 in our County. We lift up the families and friends of these individuals. The total number of people vaccinated with at least one dose in the County is now 21,257 (32%).

In NC there have been (1,012,343) COVID-19 cases as of 6/25/21. Hospitalizations are now down to (427). Sadly, there have been (13,412) deaths related to COVID-19. We are so sorry for the loss these families and friends have experienced. The Percent Positivity Rate for NC is now dow to 1.9%. The percentage of people vaccinated in NC with at least one dose in the County is now (55%).
