Lake Lure Fire Department Intern - Samuel Heafner

Samuel Heafner is completing an internship this summer with the Lake Lure Fire Department.  By doing so, he is hoping to acquire a working knowledge of some of the concepts he has been learning about in school He will soon be entering his fourth year at the University of Richmond.  He is studying business with concentrations in both finance and economics. Within this wide range of concepts, his primary interests are directed in the economics field with a focus on economic development as well as monetary and fiscal policy. We are fortunate to have Samuel on our team this year and he is pleased to be able to use his internship to contribute to the community.
