The Pavilion is available for rent by individuals, groups and organizations for meetings, reunions, etc. No charcoal or gas grilling is permitted in or around the Pavilion, nor along the peninsula leading to the Pavilion. Charcoal grills are available for public use at the picnic shelters located behind the Community Center.

(The Pavilion is 35 feet in diameter, the arches are 9'6" high, and the middle of Pavilion is 18 feet.)

The Community Hall in the Municipal Center (which opened in December 1995) was designed and intended for use as a public place primarily by groups of Town residents.  Regularly scheduled Town governmental functions and meetings have priority when scheduling the use of the Community Hall.  The Community Hall is equipped with 18 - 3' x 6' folding tables (each capable of seating 6 persons), 115 stackable chairs, and limited kitchen facilities (again, this is for warming and serving food, not food preparation).

(The Municipal Center/Community Hall backroom is 1404 sq. ft. and is 36' x 39' when the wall is up.  According to the fire code, 200 people are allowed in the room with just using the chairs. When tables and chairs are used, then only 93 people are allowed.)
