Lake Lure Pavilion
The Lake Lure Pavilion is located on the Lake Marina peninsula. The Pavilion is 35’ in diameter, and the arches are 9’6” high, and the height in the middle of the Pavilion is 18’. Surrounding the Pavilion is a grassy area, and a water fountain in the lake. The Pavilion area has a beautiful view of Chimney Rock Mountains, the beachfront, and the marina. The Lake Lure Pavilion is available for rent by individuals, groups and organizations for meetings, reunions, etc. No charcoal or gas grilling is permitted in or around the Pavilion, or along the peninsula leading to the Pavilion, but charcoal grills are available for public use at the picnic shelters located behind the Visitor Center. The rental cost is: $ 300 per day and deposit* - bettwen hours of * A DEPOSIT OF $250.00 FOR EACH FACILITY RENTED, PLUS THE TOTAL FEE AMOUNT, MUST BE TENDERED AT THE TIME THE PERMIT FOR USE APPLICATION IS FILED. THE DATE YOU ARE REQUESTING WILL NOT BE HELD UNTIL DEPOSIT AND FEE IS PAID IN FULL. There is a $189 trash disposal fee for any event that includes vendors, which must be approved by the Town Council.
